ITCTLA Files Amicus Brief

The ITCTLA filed an amicus brief on the issue of claim construction in the Phillips v. AWH Corp. case (No. 03-1269, -1286) pending before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. A copy of the amicus brief is available for viewing in the Members section of this site.
