ITCTLA Luncheon Scheduled for July 21, 2010ITCTLA Luncheon Scheduled for July 21, 2010 The ITC Trial Lawyers Association ("ITCTLA") will host a luncheon in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday, July 21, 2010, featuring a moderated question and answer session with ITC Administrative Law Judge Robert K. Rogers, Jr. Lunch will commence at 12:00 noon, followed by remarks and the Q&A session at 12:30 PM. Registration information will follow in the near future. Registration will be space-limited, so please be sure to mark your calendars and register early. ITCTLA Files Amicus Brief The ITCTLA filed an amicus brief on the issue of claim construction in
the Phillips v. AWH Corp. case (No. 03-1269, -1286) pending before the
U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. A copy of the amicus brief
