U.S. Attorneys and others many join the Association either as Active Members or Associate Members.

Active Members are attorneys in good standing of the bar of any State or of the District of Columbia who possess an interest in practice before the United States International Trade Commission.

Associate Members are persons authorized to practice before a foreign court or agency exercising authority in areas of interest to the United States International Trade Commission, or otherwise have an interest in practice before the United States International Trade Commission, or students.

Annual Membership dues are currently $75.00 for non-government attorneys and $25.00 for U.S. government attorneys and students.
