U.S. Attorneys and others many join the Association either as Active
Members or Associate Members.
Active Members are attorneys in good standing of the
bar of any State or of the District of Columbia who possess an interest
in practice before the United States International Trade Commission.
Associate Members are persons authorized to practice
before a foreign court or agency exercising authority in areas of interest
to the United States International Trade Commission, or otherwise have
an interest in practice before the United States International Trade Commission,
or students.
ITCTLA membership offers many benefits, such as -
- Membership Directory — ITCTLA members are
listed on the ITCTLA website.
- 337 Reporter Subscription — The 337 Reporter
is the only newsletter devoted to articles, case highlights and news
of Section 337 practice. Membership-only access to website archives
of 337 Reporter contents and data.
- Summer Associates — Opportunities for summer
associates to write and publish articles in the field of Section 337
practice for the Summer Associate Edition of the 337 Reporter. Awards
presented to the best summer associate authors.
- Programs & Meetings — The Spring Meeting,
the Fall Annual Meeting and the Brown Bag Lunch Programs allow members
and invited guests to review developments affecting Section 337. Such
programs have featured prominent international trade practitioners,
agency officials and other commentators.
- Amicus, ITC Rules Revisions and other Committee Opportunities
Annual Membership dues are currently $75.00 for non-government attorneys
and $25.00 for U.S. government attorneys and students.
